Mood Box Terms & Conditions
1) We understand that you may have additional preferences and we'll try our best to accomodate them as much as possible!
1b) At the moment, we're happy to accept specifications for the following:
- Design preference (give us a heads up if you're not comfortable with short dresses, pantsuits etc!)
- Length preference (like your dresses long? that's fine, just let us know!)
1c) Drop us a message via our CONTACT US Page right after your purchase to let us know your specifications and we'll get back to you right away!
2) If we manage to secure a sponsor for your Mood Box, you'll be the first to know! We'll drop you a super quick update so you can keep a look out for it!
3) Please rest assured that if we don't detect a Mood Preference update every month, we'll send you a reminder on the 3rd day of each month.
3b) A subscription renewal reminder will also be sent out to you on the 20th day of each month.
4) You should expect to receive your box no later than the 22nd of each month. If you don't receive it by then, feel free to contact our customer service team for assistance!
5) While we make it a (very important) point to check the contents of each and every box that we send out, we may occasionally miss out on an item defect. Please rest assured that under such circumstances, we'd be more than happy to accept a return and will send out a replacement piece for you right away at no extra cost!
5b) We understand that sometimes a design we've sent out may not take to your fancy. That's okay! If you're not comfortable with the item we've sent you, we're more than happy to accept an exchange! However, do take note that we only offer a one-time exchange for a 3-month subscription plans and up to three exchanges if you've picked the 6-month subscription plan.
Please take note that exchanges are only applicable for apparels. Accessories and Bags are non-exchangeable. Exclusive samples from our partners are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
5c) Do take note that all exchanges as listed above refer to a per item basis. For example, if you've selected a 3-month subscription plan, we will only be able to offer a one-time exchange for a single item.
5d) Do also take note that in the event that you've opted for a change in item, we'll only be able to offer you a list of 8 different items to choose from, from a similar category. We regret to inform you that we're unable to offer you other items from different categories.
5e) All returns must be received within 10 days from the day you have received your Mood Box and all item/s must be unworn, unwashed and in brand new condition (without any stains, fragrances, scents including detergent and perfume) or any form of disarray that warrants the item unsuitable for resale. We regret to inform you that we will not be able to accept items that do not meet these requirements.
CHARGES FOR RETURNS
6) In the event that you have received a defective item, please rest assured that we will absorb all postage charges incurred.
6b) However, in the event that you would like to utilize the exchange process for a separate item, please note that all necessary shipping charges will be borne by the customer.
7) Do take note that the cut-off date is on the 15th of each month. If you've purchased your moodbox before or on the 15th, you'll receive your present before the 22nd the same month for local orders. For overseas parcel, please drop us a line via our CONTACT US page for your parcel tracking number.
