Terms & Conditions

*1. Our dispatch team will take 1 working day to pack and arrange for dispatch of your parcel following successful receipt of your order

2. If Same-Day Delivery has been selected, payment for orders must be made via Credit Card or Paypal, and received on or before 1.00pm for the option to be applicable

3. Delivery time frames across all options listed above are from 10am to 10pm daily exclusive of Weekends or Public Holidays

4. If you need your parcel immediately over the weekend, feel free to drop our customer service team a line for assistance via our CONTACT US PAGE

5. Additional charges for re-delivery will be applicable after two unsuccessful delivery attempts

6. In the event that you do not receive your parcel within the stipulated time-frame, feel free to contact our customer care team via our CONTACT US PAGE

7. Remember to key in a working mobile number because our delivery service provider will drop you a text prior to delivery to arrange your delivery preference! 

8. If your order consists of both BO and Instock pieces, we'll also need you to indicate in the checkbox (during checkout) whether you'd like to receive them together or separately

9. If separate backorder/s shipment has been selected, your backorder will be delivered via Normal Courier unless otherwise indicated
